Sharif began his home renovation journey in the summer of 2002, working part-time for $12 an hour.

What started as a seasonal job quickly grew into a passion. After 12 years with the same contractor group and completing the Red Seal Carpentry Program, Sharif gained the confidence to take the next step.

With support from his mentors, SpartaCon Developments was founded in June 2015.

Since then, the company has been Sharif’s true passion. Every project reflects the dedication he puts in, and he credits his success to his amazing team, trusted partners, and valued clients who help make his dream a reality.
